I have to write a paper in my social studies class relating James Madisons's Federalist Papers to foreign policy. However, I can only use Federalist Papers No. 10 and No. 51. Please help!

OK, I tutor writing. But one thing you need to know is that good tutors don't have a pencil in their hand. You have to do all the writing. We only learn how to write by writing.

I would like to know the teacher's assignment and the due date.

May I suggest that you read Numbers 10 and 51 at least twice, and make some notes to yourself as you read them.

John 3:16-17

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

I'm thinking that was an excuse to spam, "J..7". I don't believe it was a legitimate request.

Could be. Federalist papers #10 and 51 aren't suitable for an essay on foreign policy. He probably pulled those numbers out of thin air.
