In my opinion, accusations of dishonesty get thrown around way too much around here. (And yeah, as always, I know I've been an offender - in fact, my raising this may well make some folks laugh or growl for that reason!)

I think people hold the views they do and make the claims they do for all sorts of reasons, but that they're much more likely to be confused or misinformed than intentionally dishonest.

So I'm going to make an effort not to label views or claims as dishonest, but to show where I believe they are mistaken.

There is just so much that is not known- a world too BIG for anyone to have a corner on truth.

I like to believe that most people do the best they can with what they have. We need to remember that when considering others (talking personally here).
