Moderators Nan Posted May 21, 2011 Moderators Posted May 21, 2011 A question....could not find the answer by googling, so wondering if anyone knows if the island of Capri, off Naples in Italy, has any particular association with the early Christian church. Currently a group of Australian ministers are on a Bible Lands tour, and they visited Capri. Some of us back home are wondering if it was just a side tourist trip - which would be fine - or if there is a more specific reason to go there. Quote
Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted May 21, 2011 Members Posted May 21, 2011 All I could find was that there was a Christian church built in 987 AD to replace an older Christian church.. source Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
