Administrators Gail Posted May 23, 2011 Administrators Posted May 23, 2011 Wow! This is worse than the other one! May God have mercy... Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
ClubV12 Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 I lived in Missouri for a couple of years., not far from Joplin. It was quite shocking to realize it could have been me! Quote
cricket Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 Meh. I've lived in Missouri for 37 years--would've posted this myself, but I've found that me posting stuff here doesn't really matter. Keep Calm and Carry On Quote
ClubV12 Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 Ha Ha cricket! I only lived there 2 years and heard "rumors" about twisters but never saw or went through one. I HAVE gone through a couple of pretty intense hurricanes in my life though! Nothing like the destruction this thing in Joplin left behind though. Quote
