olger Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Food Great. Fellowship tremendous. Speakers wonderful. Bed soft. God Good. http://www.campmeetingohio.webs.com/ First time I have ever heard Rick Howard, the author of the book "The Omega Rebellion." He had a very interesting story to tell. Dr. Roy Gane spoke on the sanctuary, and did a fine job. Alden Ho gave his testimony and motivated each of us at the sabbath sermon. Dr. Wes Youngberg spoke on health and it was real good. Audioverse recorded the presentations. I was impressed with the quiet dignity of the attendees, and the common love they had for the Adventist hope. If this is a barometer of the church in Ohio - faith is alive and well. g Quote "Please don't feed the drama queens.."
Administrators Tom Wetmore Posted June 13, 2011 Administrators Posted June 13, 2011 Going to the Ohio Conference Camp Meeting too? Quote "Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good." "Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal." "I love God only as much as the person I love the least." *Forgiveness is always good news. And that is the gospel truth. Administrators Gail Posted June 13, 2011 Administrators Posted June 13, 2011 I just finished listening... and really liked it! I love Biblical psychology! It's just so much deeper than secular, because it ministers to our souls. Looking forward to hearing more! Thanks, olger! Guest Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Heaping truth onto your children without love, is spiritual abuse! I didn't know that. This means that I was spiritually abused. Quote
