A women preacher in the 1800? W H A T ?? Vegetarian W H A T , A G A I N?? Abolish slavery?? She told people NOT TO REPLACE ..... COMMON SENSE with the TESTIMONIES. Her Liberal Innovatives and thinking have become Conservative Standards.... Administrators Tom Wetmore Posted July 17, 2011 Administrators Posted July 17, 2011 It has always struck me as oddly ironic that her 19th Century progressiveness and liberal ideas have become the rut in which conservatives of today wish to remain stuck, unwilling to change or progress. She would be dismayed. I think if she were alive today she would be among the innovators constantly refining and looking for a better way, things to improve upon, and ways to update and find new methods to advance the kingdom in the 21st Century that were different from anything seen in the past. But I do agree; it would be funny to watch the conservatives of today as they watched Ellen White run around to all our churches, looking for ways to change, expand, and find truth & relevance in today's society.
