Dr. Shane Posted July 20, 2011 Posted July 20, 2011 The Senate plan doesn't sound too bad from the few details I have heard. Sounds like they want to close some loop holes and actually reduce the top tax bracket. I am interested in seeing the other details. I am wondering if this isn't a game of "Good-Guy/Bad-Guy" where the House Republicans are playing the bad guys and the Senate Republicans are playing the good guys. The Senate plan may actually be what the Republicans were hoping for all along but the House Republicans have put forth a bill that is so much more conservative that when Obama goes for the Senate "compromise" the Republicans will actually be getting what they were hoping for in the beginning.
