Truth Files Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 The Lord's wrath will begin with an earthquake and satan will come to the earth [but just before, the church will be immortalized and 144,000 Israelites will be sealed on the earth] .... then humans will hide from the Lord knowing that they are under His judgment Similar conditions will exist at the beginning .... and at the ending .... and the careful reader will discover that there are differences Portent of the day of the Lord’s wrath Revelation 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 6:13 And the stars of heaven [fallen angelics] fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 6:14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? Just before the beginning of the day of the Lord’s Wrath 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. 7:2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel [the “many” of Daniel 9:27]. 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands. 7:13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of [away from] great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 7:15 Therefore are they [the immortal church] before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. The day of the Lord’s wrath will last for 2,550 days and will include many events upon the earth 8:1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. 8:2 And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. 8:3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. 8:4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand. 8:5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake. Judgments upon the earth begin 8:6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up [the attack on the great city part of MBG]. 8:8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire [the destruction of the great city part of MBG] was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; 8:9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. 8:10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven [satan], burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 8:11 And the name of the star [satan] is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter. 8:12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise. 9:1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star [satan] fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the abyss. 9:2 And he opened the abyss; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. 9:3 And there came out of the smoke locusts [fallen angelics] upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the abyss, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon satan’s first beast of Revelation who will possess the little horn of Daniel’s visions]. 9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. 9:13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, 9:14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four [fallen] angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. 9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. 9:16 And the number of the army of the horsemen [fallen angelics] were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. 9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk. Joel 2:30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. 2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come. 2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant [the believing remnant part of Israel] whom the LORD shall call. Isaiah 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. Ending of the day of the Lord’s Wrath Revelation 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. 16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. Isaiah 13:10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. Matthew 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars [cosmic] shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. Moderators John317 Posted July 29, 2011 Moderators Posted July 29, 2011 Revelation 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 6:13 And the stars of heaven [fallen angelics] fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. Aren't these real stars? How do you know they are "fallen angelics"? And isn't it possible that verse 12 refers to the actual sun and moon? If the earthquake is literal, why aren't the other "signs" also literal? It seems to me that if you're going to have a literal earthquake, the stars of heaven would also need to be literal stars, or at least meteors that fall from the sky like figs falling from a fig tree. Has that ever happened? Quote John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

What is the seal of God, and how is it related to the mark of the beast? Doesn't everyone living on the earth during this time receive either the seal of God or the mark of the beast? How can a person be sure to receive the seal of God and avoid the mark of the beast? Could you show here where you get the 2, 550 days? I know you may have shown them before, but I'd like to see clearly how you obtain this number of days. Why is there "silence" in heaven for half an hour? Is this literal time or symbolic time? Half an hour seems like such a short space of time, doesn't it? Moderators John317 Posted July 29, 2011 Moderators Posted July 29, 2011 TF, it's true that it's almost always best to add commentary to your texts so readers will know what you want them to notice in the text. Texts usually have several possible points to them. We want to know what you are emphasizing or what connection you see between various texts. But the way that you spliced them together needs more scrutiny. When you wrote "and satan will come to the earth" are you saying that he is not already on the earth? If he is now here, does he leave and return? Your comment "144,000 Israelites will be sealed on the earth" is interesting. Since the 144k are cited in Revelation as 12,000 from this tribe and that tribe of Israel and since 10 of the 12 tribes have been dispersed among the nations so thoroughly that nobody knows if they are descendants from this one or that, you must be saying that Christians who are actually descendants of Israel will be ready for the rapture? But as I read you extremely long post, it was difficult to understand exactly what you were saying. Quote His child Henry Bible student/Author https://www.loudcry101.com

Is this literal time or symbolic time? Half an hour seems like such a short space of time, doesn't it?" >There is no additional information given with regard to this short silence and I believe that it is literal .... It is in contrast to the Mark of the Beast, right? In other words, the Seal of God is to protect people from the plagues. So everyone will either get the mark of the beast or the seal of God. No one will receive both the mark and the seal. Will all the saved people of God receive the seal at that time? And will all the lost who are alive at that time receive the mark of the beast?
