Dr. Shane Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 In Jesus' last days He was betrayed and beaten. In the pope's final days he was cared for with the best medical care. When Jesus died, His followers abandoned Him. When the pope died, his followers weeped in public. Whe Jesus died, He was denied by one of His closest friends. When the pope died, his closest friends told stories of fond memories. When Jesus died, He died with thieves. When the pope died, he died in a lush Vatican apartment. When Jesus died, He was quickly rushed off to a tomb. When the pope died, he recieves a grand funeral fitted for a king. When Jesus died the earth shook and dead men came to life. When the pope died nature failed to take notice. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity
Fran Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 That was great Shane. Thank you. Quote The greatest want of the world is the want of men who will not be bought or sold, men who in their inmost souls are true & honest, men who do not fear to call sin by its right name, men whose conscience is as true to duty..., men who will stand for the right though the heavens fall.{Ed 57.3}
Amelia Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 That's pretty cool Shane. Did you come up with that yourself?
