Yes,to a large degree I will say Obama.The very real threat of more taxes,the additional burden ,the tremendous increase in insurance cost is directlt responsible for much of what is going on. My brother closed down under the realization increased insurance under Obama,no one else,was going to cost him a minimum of 20,000.00 a month.He was not willing to provide at a higher cost what he was already doing.Nor was he willing to hand that over to the government in fines. No,other countries following a socialist or worse form of government are not doing better.Nor is Obama likely to improve on what has not worked. When you take personal responsibility away from almost half the population it is not going to get better. When you force a private company to provide free cell phone service,thereby forcing those that do work to pay more it is not going to get better..Some of those forced to pay more are working two jobs Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make.
