That is not the role of the American president. American want the Federal government and the president to stay out of our personal lives. And it's strangely ironic that Adventists would turn so quickly on someone barking up the same tree, even if he is after a different squirrel. I'd be really surprised if he even does that. Yes, me too. He obviously isn't doing this for health reasons. I'm certain it's all about money and his favorite hobby horse, global warming. The article makes a good point that the campaign about global warming is supported by people who oppose capitalism and favor socialism. I'm sure, though, that Gore believes he's doing a good thing. Most people who oppose capitalism and fight for Marxism/socialism believe (wrongly) they're doing what's good for the human race.
