That pastor is ahead of his time. He generated his own electricity and water. Interesting that his church was the one used in Kill Bill. It's absurd what the county is doing. Hardly anybody lives out there, it's just desert for miles between neighbors.

There are trees, they just tend to be a little stunted the more inland you go. But there are caves Dottie - lots of caves. In the video, it was clearly stated that the SDA pastor living in the desart had his own water supply. And most likely that was true for these other isolated homes as well.

A similar thing almost happened in Loma Linda CA back in the late 60's - early 70's when a neighboring municipality wanted to annex Loma Linda.

Hazel Yates discovered that their reason was WATER.

So the residents of Loma Linda incorporated into their own city and that was the end of the problem.
