Moderators John317 Posted September 8, 2011 Moderators Posted September 8, 2011 Abandoned for two weeks, starving dogs eat owner By Olivia Rondonuwu | Reuters – 15 hrs ago... JAKARTA (Reuters) - Seven dogs starved of food and water for two weeks are suspected of eating their Indonesian owner after he returned to his hometown in Manado from a holiday, local media reported on Tuesday. A neighborhood guard was curious when he saw luggage lined up at the front of Andre Lumboga's house, days after the 50-year old arrived back home. He approached the house, smelled something foul and called the police, according to a report. "His skull was found in the kitchen, and his body was found in the front of his house," Eriyana, a local police chief in Batam, an island off Sumatra, told VIVAnews website. Lumboga arrived home last Wednesday, but his body was just discovered on Monday. "We suspect that the dogs were hungry, so they attacked Andre, because they had not been fed for 14 days," he said. Police also found bones of two other dogs, believed to have also been eaten by the hungry canines. Lumboga was from northern Sulawesi island, a predominantly Christian area, where the local spicy diet is famous in Indonesia for including dogs, bats and forest rats. Administrators Gail Posted September 8, 2011 Administrators Posted September 8, 2011 They got him before he got them, it sounds like... although the tasty, spicy cuisine from that area of Thailand might not be the same using SKINNY dogs! What an abuse of animals! This is a cause-to-effect story, I'm sure! Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
skyblue888 Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Reminds me of that day when men will act like these hungry dogs. They will tear apart these false shepherds who had fed them the chaff instead of the wheat! Moderators John317 Posted September 8, 2011 Author Moderators Posted September 8, 2011 Yeah, Parade, be sure to get him some food. Or you just might wind up on that cat's plate. Looks kinda like some of the animals are starting to take revenge. Years ago in NY there was a guy who used to beat his dogs, they were doberman's by the way. Well anyway when they got big enough they attacked and killed him. Moderators John317 Posted September 8, 2011 Author Moderators Posted September 8, 2011 Yeah, it is not funny as in humorous, but it's really ironic. It's actually tragic, yet at the same time, when the people killed are those who've been planning on eating the animals or who've been mean to them, it does seem that somehow the animals got some justice finally. Quote John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. skyblue888 Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Ever read this: "The intelligence displayed by many dumb animals approaches so closely to human intelligence that it is a mystery. The animals see and hear and love and fear and suffer. They use their organs far more faithfully than many human beings use theirs. They manifest sympathy and tenderness toward their companions in suffering. Many animals show an affection for those who have charge of them, far superior to the affection shown by some of the human race. They form attachments for man which are not broken without great suffering to them." M.H.315,6. Quote "The merits of His sacrifice are sufficient to present to the Father in our behalf." S.C.36.

How could he devour their flesh as a sweet morsel?" M.H.316. Quote "The merits of His sacrifice are sufficient to present to the Father in our behalf." S.C.36.
