ClubV12 Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Having taken a few verbal assaults from friends in the last week or so (and I DO consider them friends in spite of that) it left me a bit confused, a little depressed, anxious might be a good word. An uneasy feeling. It dawned on me after a few days that the experience had focused my thoughts more than ever on Jesus. I was spending more time in prayer and even while working my thoughts were more about dwelling on Him. Then I found myself thanking Him for the "mini trial", it was turned into a blessing! I was rather surprised by it all and reminded, trials and problems bring us into sharper focus. It doesn't have to be a big deal trial, all though, if thats what I need to stay focused, may I praise God through out the little or the big and thank Him for all that comes my way. Sometimes we bring it on ourselves and it's little more than the natural result of us being less than Christ like. Either way, THANK Him for it, learn from it and move on. Quote

Kind of like Noah condemning the world, when he was preaching to save them. He didn't condemn anyone (per se) but his obedience and faithfulness to God condemned their rebellion and unbelief. or not.. `g Quote "Please don't feed the drama queens.."

Hollywood has the secret recipe for melting Ice Queens. By the way, is there an iconic SDA church in Hollywood that could save international to domestic visiting tourists?
