John 12:25 NKJV A marvelous example of how to love those who caused the WTC tragedy and why to see the soon return of Jesus as a positive. God blesses! Quote Lift Jesus up!!
Members phkrause Posted September 10, 2011 Members Posted September 10, 2011 Thanks for the link LHC. The stories brought tears to my eyes. These people are what I would call Christian. They follow the example of Jesus. Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
Administrators Gail Posted September 10, 2011 Administrators Posted September 10, 2011 My son is in Kigali right now as I type. It's a beautiful country and its history is heart-wrenching. I'm glad, though, for the attitude of forgiveness that is being promoted. This morning as I looked at photos of Kigali I saw one of a healing centre, where people can go and work out their memories and get support. Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

You're welcome, PK, and Gail, do you ever feel like the world is getting smaller. God blesses! And if abundance is any evidence of that blessing, surely America has been blest. I've been watching programs all evening, revealing the 911 personal circumstances of ten years ago in the lives of Americans. Then I read a report indicating what is not being reported about China, which more than ever, convinced me that it has been Godly principles applied that has made America great, and have been moved to sorrow that those same Godly principles are going down the drain. Even so, Come, Lord Jesus!! Quote Lift Jesus up!!
Members phkrause Posted September 12, 2011 Members Posted September 12, 2011 do you ever feel like the world is getting smaller. Yes it is, with the news coverage being what it is and facebook, twitter, etc., as soon as something happens everyone knows about it. Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2

LifeHiscost Posted September 14, 2011 Author Posted September 14, 2011 LIFEHISCOST thank you for posting this it was really great dgrimm60 Your welcome, dgrimm60. For those who see things happening today, just as they have ever been, don't see the signs of the time. What happened in Rawanda, destroyed lives in that 100 days, faster than the nazi war machine did during the Jewish holocaust of WWII. "But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." 2 Timothy 3:13 NKJV God blesses!! Quote Lift Jesus up!!
