Moderators John317 Posted October 11, 2011 Moderators Posted October 11, 2011 I think it's a mistake to attack Romney because of his wealth. Quote John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

Interesting, they all complain to the other for making to much money, as each one of them makes millions. What a bunch of jerks. Lets stick to the problems of the country, who cares what they make. It would seem so if you pay attention to some of the political leaders, including President Obama. Many of the politicians are attempting to stir up class hatred, or at least to exploit it. This is nothing compared to what will be done to Herman Cain. Heard this morning he had to get real and learn what it is like to be a black man. How about he has just learned to be a productive, responsible, successful business man regardless of what his skin color is. Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. Dr. Shane Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I think the slam is more at Romney's healthcare plan than it is at his wealth. Romney's plan wasn't Obama's first choice because Obama wanted a single-payer system which would have eliminated private-sector insurance. The big problem with both Romneycare and Obamacare is the individual mandate. The single-payer system is the solution. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Doesn't seem to many agree with you POLITICO 2012 Perry targets Romney's wealth Main Content Perry targets Romney's wealth 68EmailPrintBy ALEXANDER BURNS | 10/10/11 7:23 AM EDT Rick Perry's newest web video is a slick, dramatic attack on Mitt Romney's health care record, but the jab that stands out is aimed at Romney's personal wealth. "Even the richest man can't buy back his past," the video says. Perry has talked extensively about his humble upbringing in Paint Creek, Texas, which contrasts with Romney's privileged background. As far as I'm aware, this is Perry's first explicit dig at Romney for being a rich guy. Sorry, most people when they think about it are not crazy about rationed care.Even reports from Obama's buddies acknowledge that is what would happen. They can't manage SS,so of course the smart thing is to hand over more and more Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. Dr. Shane Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Actually they have been managing Social Security very well. Fact is that nations with socialized medicine have longer life spans than the US. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity
bonnie Posted October 12, 2011 Posted October 12, 2011 Fact is that nations with socialized medicine have longer life spans than the US. There are many factors that impact a longer life span. Americans are fat, lazy and self indulgent. Causes many, many deaths Why walk a block if they can drive the block.Because of the privileges we have here, not always for our good we shorten our own life span When I had hip and knee replacement first thing I was told was those that have trouble getting back to normal are those overweight and that refuse to walk. Most are required to go thru several weeks, sometimes months of rehab. Because I have always been physically active I was shopping at Wal-Mart a week after surgery without aid. Never was required to have rehab. Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make.
