Stan Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 Try putting your name in the spot where it says REAL NAME. That should do it for most people. If that is done, and you still have a problem please let me know. there buster Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 Do you mean "FULL NAME"? I didn't find anything for "Real Name." So I put my name in "FULL NAME" and it still says, "We are unable to process. . ." Quote “the slovenliness of our language makes it easier to have foolish thoughts.” George Orwell
Stan Posted April 18, 2005 Author Posted April 18, 2005 Yes sorry you are correct, try filling the whole thing out, including birthday etc. The year will not be shown publicly. aka Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 ED C : "So I put my name in "FULL NAME" and it still says, "We are unable to process. . ." That computerized response comes to me too when I went to change my password. Each and every time I tried. So is the whole answer to changing anything in one's profile is to wipe out all and everything and rewrite each entry option over again? Quote
Stan Posted April 19, 2005 Author Posted April 19, 2005 It appears as if you have to have your date of birth in as well. The year will not show up in any public place. aka Posted April 21, 2005 Posted April 21, 2005 I was getting the 'login name' confused with the slot option calling for my entering 'Full Name'. That was indeed empty in my profile. Now I filled it out and all my revisions took and I am using the new password like I wished to. All okay now... thanks for the tips.. The Turmeric spicegal smiles... Quote

Neil D Posted April 22, 2005 Posted April 22, 2005 The spice turmeric turns tofu yellow. A "Turmeric spice gal" would seem to be a yellow gal who has a spicey character.... What would cause a person to turn yellow? ...Liver damage... Don't want you to have liver damage...just be a 'spicey gal' Quote Democracy is a device that ensures we shall be governed no better than we deserve. George Bernard Shaw
