Feds demand food information?

Now most understand that the government gets all it’s power by the governed right? Then when or where did Tenn. give the okay for the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT to see who is storing food for emergencies or anything for that matter?

This is an interesting topic for thought. What is our responsibility to ourselves, families and communities if everyone is demanded to give up how much food we store to FEMA?
