Gibs Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 When it comes up keep scrolling down untill you get the Site Owner "Skeptic Overlord's" comment. http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread794776/pg1 Quote A Freeman In Jesus Christ
fccool Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 I think the few comments in there are priceless to begin with. 1) The webmaster posts a random seal to show how government web-block could look like 2) People think that it is an actual block by government Got to think how many of these conspiracy theories come to be, when you listen to hearsay of people like Lindsey Williams and their oil price predictions, that keep on failing. Gibs Posted January 8, 2012 Author Posted January 8, 2012 This is a notice of ATS to them and on Lindsey I have to say I don't believe he has missed and I get his every report. Watch where your gasoline prices go before this year is out. War will shoot them way up. 1Jo 4:4 ¶ Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. Quote A Freeman In Jesus Christ

Watch where your gasoline prices go before this year is out. War will shoot them way up. He's been saying that for a year now, telling that oil prices will go up. When they went down, he tried to wiggle his way out then. Now that these are even further down, and that gold has dropped $300 after many people have been had with the hype, he's back to his original idea. While he is certainly correct that oil prices are not free-market based, and these are manipulated, the idea that he's getting tips from some sort of Builderberg/Illuminati retiree because he suddenly grew some pity... give me a break. I mean, the guy predicted death of the dollar by 2012. In the very least, people like Peter Schiff are not stupid enough to set concrete dates of things happening. Quote
fccool Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 What bugs me the most about people like Williams, Jones, Icke... is the idea that people behind the scenes are evil for pushing the world towards the global community. They almost inevitably paint it in Star Wars Empire, or 1984 type of colors... with plenty of police brutality and government oppression. Global community will be achieved through voluntary means. I don't think it's a terrible idea. With the way things going, as humanity we can't afford to live divided over certain things. We have to unite, and unfortunately, that will not happen until certain push to unification will happen. I don't necessarily speak of violent wars and events, but economic meltdown can be such an event. It's very presumptuous to think that globalists are "evil". We don't have all of the information, and the higher you go, the more difficult certain moral dilemmas are. If one thing is done, then many people would die. If other things is not done, then many more would die. These are difficult things to preside over. You have no idea the kind of knowledge such people would possess to make educated choices that they have to. There's a good book on this issue, called Inhabited Island, by Stugatsky brothers. A guy crashes on the planet, where population is controlled through telepathic towers to induce loyalty and obedience. He destroys the towers, only to find out that it was the only way that the rulers of the island could unite the population against the invading and ravaging barbarians. As the result, the barbarians invade, and it turns out that the guy did more harm than good. You think that you understand what's going on... but you have no clue. Quote
Gibs Posted January 9, 2012 Author Posted January 9, 2012 The great problem is that it is shutting out the true ones of God from being a "separate" people which we must be. We are admonished to be ye separate and to be in the world but not "of" the world which now has gotten so corrupt. No a one world community is not desireable and never was and the image Dan was shown down to the ten toes where we are now are a mix of miry clay and iron and will not go together. Men want a OWO but it will never come together as you can't mix the unmixables. 1Jo 4:4 ¶ Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. fccool Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 Gibs, Give me a break about the corrupt world that you are not a part of. You are just as much of the world as anyone else. You have (or had) a job, you have a car, you pay your taxes, use the same hospitals, watch and listen to the radio and TV, you shop at the same stores, and you use the same internet. You just speak a different jargon, and you think that your beliefs somehow make you better than everyone else. The problem with fundamentalism is exactly this high-horse, "we are above the world" mentality. There are plenty of better, more compassionate, more loving, more forgiving, and more giving individuals than you and I, and who you would describe "of the world". That's the stuff that matters, and that's what we should be striving for... not to be more "spiritual" and "separated". It solves and improves nothing. It just creates a group of people who pat themselves on the back while pointing fingers to anyone who does not have the same preferences. Quote
Gibs Posted January 11, 2012 Author Posted January 11, 2012 We just need to get the seat belts on so to speak as the road is going to get terribly rough. It's in the signs too obvious to miss or dismiss. 2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come 1Jo 4:4 ¶ Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. Overaged Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 Gibs; why do you go to such web sites? Yikes! Doesn't look too educational to me. Please note; I am judging the website, not you. Actually; I think you are a cool dude, if you will pardon the vernacular. If we lived closer, I would invite myself over for tea. Well; anyways, take care my friend; Jesus is our portion!! I'm sure Jesus, John the baptist, Paul the apostle, Jeremiah the prophet, and Stephen, etc., were doing the best they could while hanging on the cross, being separated from their head, cooling their heels in a dank pit, and being stoned to death. And it certainly increased the need for patience while 8 million (not to mention the 40 million in Russia and disregarding the 200 million in the 20th century)) of our brothers on this earth were slaughtered as a result of some who felt themselves much more capable of telling others how they should live, although I doubt if they were much interested in peace on this earth or other things that are lovely. God blesses! Quote Lift Jesus up!!
