Obama says NO to jobs

The Keystone Pipeline is rejected by Obama.

Thousands of Jobs go down the pipeline.

It is reported that 10 to 20,000 high paying jobs go down the drain.

I think this is what the Republicans wanted. It exposes Obama as being more concerned about Nebraskan wet lands than about Americans losing their homes, cars, marriages, etc. This certainly will be a campaign issue.

Of course the pipeline can be run another route. The fact that Obama Administration did not actively work to find a pipeline route that would work shows their lack of leadership. However the real truth is probably that it is not an issue of the route or wetlands at all. Environmentalists do not want Canada to extract oil from the tar sands.
