Read more. http://www.adventistreview.org/article.php?id=5096 What seems to not be alarming is that the Hosanna case was successfully argued thru the Appeals Courts. The 9th circuit (mini version) just ruled against Prop.8 in California. The Obama administration recently attempted to impose further governmental (secular) controls over Roman Catholic social services. And this just weeks after the Hosanna ruling. These kinds of open attacks on religious institutions seem to be taken as common place today whereas they were unthinkable 50 years ago.Not only the executive branch but also the judicial have now become the antagonist.
