A unique perspective on Keeping the Sabbath "Holy"

Have you ever had to tell someone how to do something that they've never done before, without showing them?

I could spend three hours telling a man how to set up the strings on a guitar but the outcome wouldn't be half as good as if I spent ten minutes showing and teaching him. While setting it up myself for three strings, then letting him do it the next three strings, the next thing you know they have the pattern to follow in their minds.

Most people need the visual pattern to relate in their memories so they can emulate what they saw later.

This is how God has given me a crash course in Spiritual life. He shows me a glimpse of what He led me to ask about, then directs me to the tools to prove what He showed, so I have the tools to teach the insight to others. This is how the Lord leads His church...the unction.

The family of the Centurion had already received the baptism of Faith before having been baptized in the water. People progress at different levels. But those that excel are those who have a deep desire to learn, they are already full of questions because the teacher led them there. Jesus always listens to learn about the man. Then He leads them to ask the right questions. When they ask, they receive. This is God's will in effect.

Some things would never be, without prayer.

The question has been raised, can we have faith in and of ourselves, instead of relying on the faith that resides in Jesus?

Is it Faith in Jesus, or the Faith OF Jesus that saves us?

Ephesians 4:13 "...until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ".

We are all born from our mothers womb with a measure of faith from God.

Romans 12:3 "For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think as to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to each man a measure of faith."

Enmity against the serpent, God "puts" on us at birth.

But this measure of faith is a seed that must be cultivated for God or it is used by Satan.

So the answer to the question is; Enmity against the dragon comes at birth but needs to be cultivated to find the source. When first we believe in Jesus, the seed grows into the measure of faith that grows to comprehending that the faith Jesus possesses has always supplanted our deficiencies and faults.

He strengthens the faith He gave me to begin with, until it is in the perfect image of His faith.

It is in fact the faith that the mind of the God/man Jesus has within Himself, which is exactly the merits we need to mingle with our petitions for them to be heard. The sooner the church gets this point figured out there will be a Holy Spirit revival like no one has ever seen.

If our prayers are in harmony with God's will, The Holy Spirit mingles our prayers with the Merits of Jesus, then they ascend to the Father and are answered immediately. Whether we see it or not right away, we will.

Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

Keep this in mind when you look at "keeping the Sabbath Holy"

Do you think for one minute we could make or keep anything "Holy"?

We are not one bit perfect or Holy, it is Jesus. So how could I keep any day Holy unless it is actually not I, but Christ who lives within me that shows me through Holy Spirit inspired scriptural insights how to do it?

With this understanding I have seen miracles, being completely unworthy of them. He says, turn right and I find something of great value for others first. I literally heard the Still Small Voice lead me directly in answer to prayer right to the spot where a lost object would be in the near future, and when the day came, guess what was sitting there?

This is a living experience. An experiment in receiving the faith that is in the heart of Jesus. His comfort, the visual example of faith.
