He shows that there's strong evidence in the Old Testament for the plurality of the Godhead, and then in the New, he shows overwhelming evidence that the Holy Spirit is a person and not merely an influence, and that the Holy Spirit is God, another Helper of the same kind as Christ yet distinct from Him. Finally, he talks about why it's important to know the Holy Spirit is a divine person in the fulness of the Godhead.
