Dart, was a leader in the Dept. of Education of the General Conference during the 1950s. Elder Charles Dart attended Washington Missionary College. His first wife passed away several years ago, and his second wife died recently in Maryland. His funeral service is scheduled for March 24 in Loma Linda, California.
