I've never understood the attraction of having buildings and communities look all the same. I much prefer looking different than all the rest - I guess that's why I live in the country. Those city folks like to all look the same and I just don't get it.

That's incredible. People are such.... oh man I can't even say what I'd like to say. Unreal is all I'll say.

What city? She probably lives more in the country than you do Woody. LOL I know what you mean. But there are people that really don't want to own a house, way to much work, so they live in these small condo communities which take care of most of the outside work for you.

Maybe the flower lady should fence off the back yard and raise some corn and tomatoes, a few chickens, a goat, and maybe a pig.

Well, desist and it's over.

Not so with a lawyer who retired and moved to Palm Springs, CA. He supplemented his retirement income with $2-400,00 a year by suing - everything and everybody.

He kept his eyes open for potential suits and acted upon them, ie, water running onto the sidewalk from people watering their lawns; tree root damage to sidewalks; parked cars intruding into sidewalk areas; attractive nuisances, etc.

Make sure your homeowner's policy doesn't lapse, and your auto insurance policy has enough coverage (both damage and liability) - lots of $60-80,000 cars out there; and if the accident is your fault - Emergency Room costs for a family of four will wipe out most of your policies together with your house. :(

(If they'd been a bit more brave in the past decade or so they'd be a lot more free now...)

OR - you can live in the desert like I do and just let it go natural.
