By the way this is the best sermon against my position for women's ordination. As you know I was always for WO, but after listening to this I've changed my mind, so thanks Woody for the link. This is one of the greatest sermon's I've heard in quite a while, again thanks Woody. And by the way at least he allows people to disagree with him and not call others names as the OP does of him. First off I had backtracked from that! Or didn't you see that? Second off as I mentioned it was not at all a semen sermon but a reference as to the origin of the word. I don't believe that for one second. The church has many good sincere and loving pastors who preach God's word. Do you read what you post before posting it Gibs? Dr. Rich Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 Gibs has a point as most preachers paid by the Church are fearful of upsetting the goose with the golden egg. But then 'salvation' means different things for different folks. Actually, both Doug and Kenny are great people and I now they both do the best they can with what little help they have. But it is my opinion that no one can understand the real truth and teach it IF they refuse to give up long held beliefs learned from both EGW and Paul. It's just a matter of fact and one serious issue with me. Now don't give me flack for this because I have heard it before, but some day soon you all will have to face this speed bump. Truth is singular and absolute. Quote
