Very good article, I agree the system needs to be overhauled. Just wondering about a few things though that were not addressed in my opinion. How long has this practice been going on? If you don't know and he doesn't know than I can tell you that about 40-50 years ago or so under the than President Nixon, NYers were asking the same question? And by the way it had nothing to do with Nixon as now it has nothing to do with Obama!! Its a failure of Government that they don't take the time to fix the problem. Secondly they talk about medicare fraud! Without naming a name, the than republican governor of Mass had a buddy of his take over a HMO there, I'll leave that name out also, who proceeded to defraud medicare with over 3 mil dollars worth of claims. So from my view its never those democrats or them republicans, its all who serve this country that need to get there act together and fix the problems that all of them have created.
