Administrators Gail Posted April 16, 2012 Administrators Posted April 16, 2012 Anyone remember this series of books? Dave Pelzer's life was equivalent to, "Nobody's Boy". Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
cricket Posted April 16, 2012 Posted April 16, 2012 Yes--read them all. Also read "Nobody's Boy." Tragic stories, but great books! Quote
Liz Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 I remember reading the series, "Nobody's Boy" sounds familiar but I can't place it. Right now we are reading "The No Good Preacher" by Charles White, another sad beginning story. Quote For what will a man be profited, if he gains the whole world, and forfeits his soul?
