Adventist president explores clash between secularism and religion

In the link you posted above, I read the following:

"...Wilson said that Adventism’s strong heritage of religious freedom activism and its support for state neutrality between religions has firm biblical foundations, and that Adventists “feel very close to believers who have stood for religious freedom during thousands of years of restrictions and persecution.”

I came across a news website recently which reports what amounts to a restriction of religious freedom in the US.

Perhaps the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing? I wonder if President Wilson knows about this issue.

What if it is intolerant and ideological religious values attacking our convictions?

"Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good."

"Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal."

"I love God only as much as the person I love the least."

*Forgiveness is always good news. And that is the gospel truth.

(And finally, the ideas expressed above are solely my person views and not that of any organization with which I am associated.)

It could force us to ensure that our "values" are anchored in the Bible. That would be a good thing!

Oranges & apples

Not restricting their religious freedom

Restricting them from using a name illegally

If your dreams are not big enough to scare you, they are not big enough for God
