olger Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 Thanks peter. We are starting to see an amalgamation of sorts, as environmentalists are focusing on Sunday as a day of green outreach & initiatives. http://www.greensundays.org.uk/ http://www.arcolaenergy.com/contribute/green-sundays/ Notice the heavy spiritualistic elements as 'environs' are now calling for green "energy angels". http://energyangelsnetwork.weebly.com/ http://www.learniet.com/angels_of_energy_field.asp http://greenangelenergy.ca/ There is a lot of power in this old world that isn't from God. We involve ourselves in much of this stuff at tremendous peril to our salvation and identity as believers. My friends, the Christian church stands today with regard to environmentalism where it stood a century ago with regard to Darwinism. At that time, some Christians strove valiantly, some were deceived, some were unaware, and some capitulated. Our response must be better. We must exercise a wise, courageous, powerful, spiritual warfare by which we restore the teaching of Genesis 1:27–28 while tearing down ideological strongholds, taking “every thought captive to the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:4–5). I hope I didn't hijack your thread, Peter. Sorry if I turned the flow of your intent in any way. G Quote "Please don't feed the drama queens.."
