Woody Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/2012/06...-in-new-jersey/ Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Members phkrause Posted June 5, 2012 Members Posted June 5, 2012 I think they should or at least keep them in the back. Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
Woody Posted June 5, 2012 Author Posted June 5, 2012 I think they should or at least keep them in the back. Only a Democrat would think this law is good. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Members phkrause Posted June 6, 2012 Members Posted June 6, 2012 I think any person that had any concern or love for there animal would want to see there animals safe, period. Oh and as far as being a democrat or not, I wouldn't know! But if they love there animals than I'd be on there side. Seen to many dogs brake bones because of siting in the front seat, back seat isn't any better. Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
Woody Posted June 6, 2012 Author Posted June 6, 2012 Nothing wrong with keeping your pet strapped in pk. What is wrong from a Republican point of view - is our big brother requiring us to do so. Instead - Educate and let the citizens beware. But please for the sake of all - leave us with choice. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Administrators Gail Posted June 6, 2012 Administrators Posted June 6, 2012 A couple of years ago before we bought the Vizslas I enquired of some breeders, about 3, before settling on the one we did. The applications asked me about how I had planned to transport the dog. One particularly was adamant that we contain the puppy in a kennel while it was in the car. Reason- she had lost a dog in a car accident because it was unrestrained. The dog she did have in the kennel in the accident survived, even though the kennel had been tossed out the car upon impact. I appreciate that she told me that. Currently we have one kennel for the youngest. The other two share what room is left in the back hatch part. So yes, I do realise that there is concern in this way. Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

We had to make laws to tell people to put there babies and toddlers to sit in car seats!! And I hear no body saying anything against that!!!!! Or that we need to wear seat belts!
