My Summary:

The ordination of women as Pastors, Bible teachers, Elders, and other ministry offices has become very common-place in most of the mainline Churches of today. This topic will offer some solid, Biblical evaluations for the most popular arguments we are hearing today.

I was delighted to find this website where I could go and sign this petition, and make my voice heard in a civilized way. I would urge others who are interested to also click on the link and sign the petition.

You hit the nail on the head here. The only thought in mind here was to have a place where people could post links and a bit of related commentary/testimony for people not in support of WO where we dont have to worry about being challenged every step of the way. I think this is a good idea for both sides to have a thread like this for any issue that is classed as a "Hot Potato."

Is Limitation Of Womens Ordination Biblical or Cultural?

I like the way Pastor Doug Batchelor explains this topic. Here is an exerpt:

Here is an Amazing Facts Magazine which shows two things I believe are very important to recognize: 1/ throughout it's pages, you will see examples of women in ministry, and they are not just baking cookies for the men!

2/ On Page 9 there is a very good article entitles: What does the Bible say about women as elders or preachers? One of the points focused on here is put this way:
