So many pastors continue to dumb the pew warmers with low bible exposure,shallow, topical, damage control religious sermonettes. I put the blame on the Seminaries and Bible schools that do the shallow teaching. The real problem is their attempt to make cookies out of the students, as all of them are alike. Therefore when they become pastors, they just inhance that problem by presenting the same shallow message to their flock. Quote

And I resent your portrayal. Of course it does mean all, just most of the ones I have seen and met. I have to say that it was one of the reasons that I joined the SDA though, because the pastors I have seen and listened to have not been as shallow as the others I had seen. BTW, I know a Christian pastor who will swear up and down that the book of Isaiah was not about Jesus. Quote

And I resent your portrayal. And how many classes did you take? Did you graduate from the Seminary at AU?? I didn't think so.. I think OzarkWoman is correct is her observations.
