Well - we get less than 9 inches of rain a year here and very little in the summer. :)

I live in the High Desert. But the green places of the mountains are not far away. And yes - we still have snow in the mountians and the roads are blocked with it.

We do get a lot of water coming down from the mountain snows.

That is what I get for typing fast and then laying down, especially after taking my cough syrup that makes me dizzy. lolololol It is meant as "where" of course.
