LifeHiscost Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 _______________that might help curtail the manufacture and use of weapons that are obviously designed for the rapid or indiscriminate slaughter of human beings is to pass laws making it mandatory that anyone found manufacturing, selling, buying or using such weapons be found complicit in any murders committed or collateral damage resulting by use of such weapons by any other person. In a way, to some extent we all already do pay in some way for the misuse of weaponry designed to kill others, but if those immediately involved willingly in the above activities could be found complicit no matter who, when, or where, for murder with personal association, some might think twice before including themselves in handling that which has no greater purpose.
