The Gibbs family got a little more than they bargained for when the wedding they had planned months in advance had been double-booked with an impromptu rally being set up by President Barack Obama. Everything worked out for the best, and the loving couple walked away with a wonderful gift that they can talk about for the rest of their lives.

Jon and Sayli Gibbs, newlyweds, were to be married on Sept. 1 in the afternoon, but they were informed that President Barack Obama was going to be making a last minute stop that morning at the "Living History Farms", located in Urbandale, Iowa. They were informed for security reasons cars would not be allowed to park on the premises and that the event may run long and cause their wedding to be delayed.

The Gibbs' were happy to find that the president's event did not go over schedule, and there were no complications.

President Obama did, however, leave behind a special gift. It was a mint julep cup, and a silver tray both engraved with the seal of the president. He also left a note that said:

Congratulations on the wedding. Michelle and I wish you a great life together.

-Barack Obama

As it happens neither Sayli or Jon Gibbs are registered Democrats but they were quoted as saying, "Love him or hate him, it's a gift from the president."

It doesn't get much better than that.

Democracy is a device that ensures we shall be governed no better than we deserve.

At the risk of making you keep score again,WHO CARES?

Embassies are burning, americans have been killed, economy in the toilet,Iran is looming. And you are concerned about this?

Besides this would prove what?

Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. You and only you are responsible for every decision and choice you make, period ... ... Wish more people would realize this.
