Hello, first of all blessings for each of you, today I bring you a video "short" of what was the first youth congress of the new partnership of my country, in Congress we met around 400 young people from the region Biobío, congresses are held in Chile last year congress took place was a nice experience, approaching the world congress, I hope to go greetings. see you soon
