doug yowell Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 But this issue of the value of human life has come up for SDAs before. Back in the 1800's it was in the form of opposing slavery. Today it is in the form of opposing abortion of babies. i.e. Opposing the intentional killing of perfectly healthy unborn human beings. At least the slave was legally considered to be 2/3 human. That's 50% better than being unborn today. bonnie Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 i.e. Opposing the intentional killing of perfectly healthy unborn human beings. At least the slave was legally considered to be 2/3 human. That's 50% better than being unborn today. There will be starving children until this old earth is destroyed. How is it seen that pro-life supporters are somehow responsible for that fact? I would think that with approximately 115,000 abortions daily and all the support the pro-choice supporters give to starving children we would have made a serious dent in the starving children tragedy. Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. You and only you are responsible for every decision and choice you make, period ... ... Wish more people would realize this. Quotes by Susan Gottesman
Members phkrause Posted October 2, 2012 Members Posted October 2, 2012 I'd actually like to hear Stan's thoughts or reasons for starting this thread before jumping all over anyone for there opinions on that OP. Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
Members phkrause Posted October 3, 2012 Members Posted October 3, 2012 Really!!! Why do I jump on people for there opinions? If I do I apologize! Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
