todd_vetter33 Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Every Christian is very familiar with what is currently recorded in the book of Matthew concerning the immaculate conception. Did The book attributed to Matthew always testify this way or did Rome make it appear so? The below testimony is verified ancient and appears to be more complete than Matthew and Luke combined. What is more important is that it fulfills over 9 prophecies concerning Jesus where the Matthew testimony only fulfills a mistranslation of Isaih 7. It also illustrates Jesus coming according to the Flesh where Matthew does not. Why do Christians teach jesus did not come according to the flesh when the bible in the books of John give warning about this? Why do Christians claim Joseph was only the step Father of Jesus when the bible clearly states multiple times that Joseph was the father of Jesus and even provides a Geneology from Adam to Jesus illustrating Joseph as the Physical Father of Jesus via the seed/bloodline of David. Gibs Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Mt 1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. Mt 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Mt 1:22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Mt 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. Mt 1:24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: Mt 1:25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS. 1Jo 4:4 ¶ Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. The testimony you are quoting from in Matthew is the Testimony I am calling into Question. So thank you for sharing it so clearly and highlighting exactly as I would have highlighted in comparison to the orignial post. FACT! The verse you quoted is specifically stating that Jesus was not born according to the flesh. You were born according to the flesh and I was born according to the flesh, but the Matthew verse states Jesus was born according to special circumstance. The Ancient testimony that the Matthew and Luke Testimony originated from clearly illustrates that Jesus was born according to the flesh and is consistent with every other bible verse listed on the Page concerning Joseph being the Father of Jesus. FACT 2!: The testimony from Matthew which you Quoted only allegedly fulfils a mis-translation of ISAIAH 7 as seen in the original post to this thread. Where the Ancient Testimony I shared in my original Post fulfills over 9 OT prophecies. The second chart I am sharing in this post Illustrates more prophecy fulfilment where current Christian tradition and doctrine fall short. QUESTION: When does Time specific Prophecy State Messiah the Prince would Come and at what time period of the life of Jesus did God Declare the fulfilment of Psalms 2:7? Ancient logins tell us at the Baptism and Daniel 70 weeks prophecy confirms this to be true. Clearly Matthew states Jesus was concieved by the spirit of God in the womb of Mary, but this is clearly not according to the flesh or in accordence with a correct translation of Isaiah 7 prophecy, so is the testimony in Matthew telling a lie since prophecy does not support it? Was Jesus born again just as he taught by example for others to follow? Was the spiritual re-birth of Jesus at his baptism the time period in which he was the first born from the dead? Quote

Gibs Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 Before anything LORD of Hosts was set up from the father equal to Himself, of Himself, of one and the same substance in case sin and rebellion would stick up it's ugly head. Yes of course the Father knew that it would. LORD of Hosts was appointed to and did all creation of things seen and all the Hosts o angels and men. When sin would pop up He went about the job that is His to do. Here is the scripture on it, not hard to see and understand but some will not. Notice in verse 26 He MUST reign till all is under His feet. But when He has it accomplished notice verse 28 then "That God may be all in all!" 1Co 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 1Co 15:25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 1Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 1Co 15:27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith, all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 1Co 15:28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. 1Jo 4:4 ¶ Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. Jesus was a man just like you and I are men born according to the flesh by Two human parents. Jesus was the firstborn from the dead on the day of his baptism where, the God which Jesus claimed was greater than he, declared him openly to be his son. God provided Jesus the spirit of truth so that Jesus could take the light of truth to the Jews and the gentiles via the spirit of God! It is only in this manner that the Gospel of Jesus will go through out all the world! Jesus was the firstborn among many brethren on the day of pentacost where other men and women born according to the flesh, became sons and daugters of God after the same manner as Jesus who showed them the way to do this through the fulifment of the law. These are facts that I know to be true. What is most interesting is how Satan will attempt to emulate this! Quote

todd_vetter33 Posted October 21, 2012 Author Posted October 21, 2012 Jesus [the Christ] came [to us] in the flesh.... ...Which would require that Jesus [the Christ] WAS the Christ prior to coming to us in the flesh. ...This is exactly what the Nicene Creed Afirms! ...And was the whole point of my post on the Nicene Creed. Christ is ( and was ) Eternally the Christ which means.... ...Christ is ( and was ) Eternally God in every way the Father is Eternally God. Isaiah 35,4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you Quote: Todd Vetter is denying that "God" 'came' in the flesh......Which is SPECIFICALLY what 1 John 4,3 is warning against. ...This is why Todd is suggesting what even SDA's consider to be Sacred Scripture was tampered with. ...By suggesting the Catholic Church planted theological bombs in Matthew and other Books. I am Claiming that Jesus came in the flesh at physical birth, and that God came in the flesh at Jesus spiritual re-birth in accordence with the Scriptures. At no time did I caim God did not come in the flesh. The testimony you find in the first chapter of Matthew is what 1John 4:3 is warning against. The very concpet presented by Matthew that Joseph played no role in conception is a hellenistic Greek concept unsuppored by a correct translation of the Isaiah 7 Prophecy! The testimony i shared with you illustrates Jesus fulfilling over 9 prophecies where the Christian lie found in Matthew only fulfils a mistranslation of Isaiah 7. FACT! Christians tell a lie and claim that Jesus did not come according to the flesh by claiming falsely that the christ came according to the spirit at child birth and that Joseph played no role in conception. They make this false claim even though the daniel 70 weeks prophecy points to the Baptism of Jesus for the arrival of Messiah the Christ. Psalms 2:7 was also decleared fulfilled by God at the time of baptism, not physical birth! You may want to re-check the message of truth that I shared with you before claiming a lie about what I shared. My claim is that the spirit of God came in the flesh at the appointed time according to the time specific prophecy that fortold the arrival of God Coming in the flesh. The truth of God via the Christ Is to come in the flesh every time a soul is spiritually born again and a soul is united to God. It's the only way for truth according to the spirit to go through out all the world via the sons and daughters of God (Angels) VS those claiming falsely to be sons and daughters of God before they have fulfilled the law (The fallen who have yet to be saved from deception). Christians don't have the Christ in them because they eat a communion host. I can assure you that you are supposed to have the Christ in you. If you do not, then you are anti-christ (lacking the christ). To have the Christ in you, you must fulfill the Law as Jesus taught. Love God above ALL, Love your neighbor and your self. This can only be done when Christians stop lying about God and calling it truth from God! The first time Jesus overcame death was not when he emerged from the tomb after 3 days and 3 nights (Beginning of the 4th day of his physical death), Jesus was firstborn from the dead when he was the first to experience spiritual re-birth. For a Christian to claim Jesus was the first to rise from the dead at his emergence from the tomb is to claim that Jesus did not raise Lazurus on the 4th day after his death. Those two events bare witness to each other concerning duration of time! The thological bombs you mention and claim do not exist in bible testimony are any item of testimony found in the ancient historical record that do not speak perfect truth which men claim are truth. Below are just a handful of FACTUAL Theological bombs clearly illustrated as found in NT Writings! One time single events portrayed by bible gospels having occured on multiple days. If the bible cannot speak the truth concerning where Jesus was at specific times during the last week of his life or portray accurately what he spoke concerning prophecy, can Christians claim truthfully that Theological bombs do not exist? Blessings! Quote

Your only evidence for this speculation is the lie found in the book of Matthew in concert with a false translation of Isaiah 7. You will notice i shared with you the original testimony that Matthew and Luke originated from in my original post which fulfills over 9 OT Prophesies, where your legend and myth fulfils only the imagination of hellenist Christians and their decendants. Who is lying? It's true Jesus was concieved according to the spirit at time of baptism, why do you think your bible states the spirit of God decended like a dove apon him. Your bible designed for Pagans was using the illustration of the dove to explain to Egyptians and Greeks that Jesus was recieving a new spirit at that moment. To claim Jesus was concieved at childbirth according to the spirit is to claim Joseph had no role in conception. This means Jesus was not born according to the flesh or of the seed of David. Christians claim Jesus and the spirit of God did not come according to the flesh. How will christians ever receive the spiritual re-birth if they know nothing of how the firstborn from the dead achieved this process and taught others to also do. Blessings. Quote
