bonnie Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 Posted on October 9, 2012 Wynn On Obama: "I'll Be D%*^#*If I Want To Have Him Lecture Me" Related Videos | expand On the Tuesday broadcast of the nightly Nevada political program "Ralston Reports," Steve Wynn, CEO of Wynn Resorts sat down with host Jon Ralston to discuss the presidential election. Wynn, an outspoken critic of President Obama, didn't hold back in his latest criticism of the incumbent president seeking a second term. "I'll be damned if I want to have him lecture me about small business and jobs. I'm a job creator. Guys like me are job creators and we don't like having a bulls-eye painted on our back," Wynn said about Obama to Ralston. An excerpt of the interview is below. WYNN: I've created about 250,000 direct and indirect jobs according to the state of Nevada's measurement. If the number is 250,000, that's exactly 250,000 more than this president, who I'll be damned if I want to have him lecture me about small business and jobs. I'm a job creator. Guys like me are job creators and we don't like having a bulls-eye painted on our back. The president is trying to put himself between me and my employees. By class warfare, by deprecating and calling a group that makes money 'billionaires and millionaires who don't pay their share.' I gave 120% of my salary and bonus away last year to charities, as I do most years. I can't stand the idea of being demagogued, that is put down by a president who has never created any jobs and who doesn't even understand how the economy works. Wynn on a scrapped business plan: "I'm afraid of the president. I have no idea what goofy idea, what crazy, anti-business program this administration will come up. I have no idea. And I have to tell you Jon that every business guy I know in the country is frightened of Barack Obama and the way he thinks." Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. You and only you are responsible for every decision and choice you make, period ... ... Wish more people would realize this. Quotes by Susan Gottesman

bonnie Posted October 10, 2012 Author Posted October 10, 2012 Wynn might be getting nervous cos his 500k is going down the drain. At least the response was not unexpected. Many liberals do not understand how in their zeal, resentment and outright jealousy of those that have succeeded they are hurt far worse than the evil successful businessman, In a secular sense Wynn has every right to be concerned about his assets.More than that he understands those that are hurt the worst are not in his financial position.Small business is not going to expand and prosper under the wonder man. Not important tho is it,get those that are wealthy and all will be well in the world. I gave 120% of my salary and bonus away last year to charities, as I do most years. How many of the rich liberals, including Mr.I am My Brothers Keeper would do the above? Wynn on a scrapped business plan: "I'm afraid of the president. I have no idea what goofy idea, what crazy, anti-business program this administration will come up. I have no idea. And I have to tell you Jon that every business guy I know in the country is frightened of Barack Obama and the way he thinks." This is one of the major reasons we are in the mess we are in,Yet so many of you are Yea,get those wealthy. The small ordinary business man is the one that is hurt the most along with those he would like to employ Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. Moderators lazarus Posted October 11, 2012 Moderators Posted October 11, 2012 Of course Winn is afraid. He knows Romney always back the rich against the poor. He's afraid that Obama will do more for the poor which will cut his margins. Quote Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocrities. bonnie Posted October 11, 2012 Author Posted October 11, 2012 Of course Winn is afraid. He knows Romney always back the rich against the poor. He's afraid that Obama will do more for the poor which will cut his margins. Wonder how much real change Obama has made in the state of the poor? Other than convincing them they are poor because someone else is rich. Your obsessive desire to tax the rich is blowing smoke. Most want them to pay more out of envy or resentment that they have worked harder, taken more risks and ended up with more.I have read varying accounts but in general you could tax the 1% at 100% and it would cover 7 hours of interest on our massive debt. You might as well spit in the ocean and try to raise sea levels. The ridiculous spending has to be brought under control instead of the continual whine the rich, the rich as the cause. bonnie Posted October 11, 2012 Author Posted October 11, 2012 When my husband was still working our bread and butter came from the contractors that were worried about their margins. He subbed with the largest and most successful home builders in MN.The better they did,the better we did. The less they would have worried about their margins would have meant less margin for us. When the reality of Obamacare and the hit to business with all the new regulations sank in they simply stopped. They had taken a lot of risk, suffered thru down times sacrificed and were not willing to see that disappear. Now a great number of employees have lost. My brother simply shut down a very successful business after his accountant told him where he was headed. He went without, not his employees when he started out.He and his family sacrificed, had the risks and headaches, starting with nothing. His hard work not only took care of his family but the families of 50 employees besides many families he helped behind the scenes. He was retirement age but did not plan on retiring.Yes,he was going to protect what he had worked so hard for instead of supporting a out of control government Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make.
