GreatLakesGramma Posted May 29, 2005 Posted May 29, 2005 My 20 year old son is planning on making a long road trip on Wednesday, alone. He's planning a 6 hour drive to pick up a lot of 100 laptop computers he bought on eBay to resell individually, then to drive the 6 hours home on the same day. I feel this is a pretty long trip for him to drive alone in one day, and would be a lot happier if he could take along someone else to share the driving. Please pray for his safety. Thanks. Dr. Shane Posted June 1, 2005 Posted June 1, 2005 I will say a prayer for him. I live 24 hours non-stop from my mother and most of my siblings. When we drive home we normally do it in two days, driving for 12 hours each day. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity
GreatLakesGramma Posted June 3, 2005 Author Posted June 3, 2005 Thank you all for your prayers. He did take another driver, and everything went well. They had one close call, but didn't have an accident. He was glad for the other driver, and took a nap in the back seat for an hour or so, while the other person drove.
