It is not a myth and I don't appreciate being basically called a liar.

But it is a myth. That is not my idle opinion as you can see from the linked sources.

I am not calling you a liar. You are perhaps misinformed, mislead, biased, overreacting, exaggerating, or simply brainwashed by right-wing partisan propaganda. But none of those make you a liar.

"Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good."

"Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal."

"I love God only as much as the person I love the least."

*Forgiveness is always good news. And that is the gospel truth.

(And finally, the ideas expressed above are solely my person views and not that of any organization with which I am associated.)

None of the above. I am sorry to tell you that I was part of the fraud unit in New Mexico. It happens to be you is either misinformed, definitely seems biased, or brainwashed by left-wing partisan propaganda.

No one can claim ignorance. It is tough tho to defend Obama without condemning others.

You could get called a racist for saying something like that.

Yeah, well what can you say? Funny isn't it,if you completely disagree with what Obama has been doing and will do it must be racism.

What I find strange is they can't explain this flourishing economy or show where the cheers are as people find out more and more how true Pelosi's remarks were. You have to accept it and then read it.Seems after they accepted it and then read it,buyers remorse set in.Why is that?

What is their definition of transparency. Not what their "left wing masters" are telling them, which is basically nothing except Obama is great. But the ever growing layoffs, the ever growing food stamp role, the fastest growing recipients of SSD.Now even a modestly growing economy should be showing improvement or at least not sliding ever backwards.Obama has promised to finish the job he started,Heaven help us when he does

Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. You and only you are responsible for every decision and choice you make, period ... ... Wish more people would realize this.

That's a scary thought in and of itself.

51% approved the past four years. With Obama's promise of more I would like to see the Hope turn into Change in the positive sense.

Seems it is tough to provide any meaningful positive concerning the economy and what Obamacare is doing for it.There is always those businesses that survive and sometimes even thrive as they did in the depression but overall how much more of the "Obama positive results" can we handle

Moderator's Note: No one called you a liar. Someone disagreed with your assessment. Let's not accuse others of calling us inflammatory names when no such names were used. We need to play nice here.

Yes, he did basically call me that. Read the full sentence. I am not stupid and I know how people, because I can do it also, can say or post something that is very demeaning but done nicely.

Do illegals vote? Perhaps in small and insignificant numbers. But how can they vote? When they go to vote they must impersonate a registered voter. They could do this by getting a hold of the voter card of a dead person who is still on the voter rolls. A few election cycles back, there were 700 dead voters that voted in the county where I live. That is enough to impact local elections for school boards and municipalities but not for federal elections. The idea that illegals voting for Obama made a difference is unfounded.

How do illegals obtain welfare benefits, medicaid etc.which you also deny.

Mn is famous for the resurrection of the dead at election time.Doesn't seem difficult at all.Without any verification process there isn't any way of knowing the real numbers of people that vote that shouldn't.

Whether it made a difference in the election is beside the point. This little bit and that little bit of dishonesty really doesn't matter.Pretty soon that little bit has become quite a big bit

You can have people still on the roles that have passed away but please tell me how they manage to vote

MINNESOTA VOTE FRAUD: 2,812 Dead Voters

Mark Ritchie is so concerned that all votes be counted, he?s gone out of his way to ensure even dead voters? ballots were among those counted on behalf of Franken.

By: James Richardson June 4th, 2009 at 10:50 AM |

A review of Minnesota’s statewide database of registered voters revealed at least 2,812 deceased individuals voted in last November’s general election, according to a new report by the “traditional values” advocacy group Minnesota Majority.

After obtaining the list of voters who participated in November’s election, the group hired an independent firm who specializes in “death suppression” for direct mailing lists to review the data. The process, which involved matching names and addresses to state death records, bore troubling results.

According to Minnesota statute 201.13, the commissioner of health is to report monthly the name, address, date of birth, and county of residence of voting-age deceased residents to the secretary of state.

Presumably the commissioner of health would not issue incomplete reports (read: no motive), the blame then falls elsewhere – namely, at the feet of Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, whose partisan leanings and curious alliance with vote fraud-magnet ACORN are becoming more salient by the day.

Deputy Secretary of State Jim Gelbmann argues the discrepancies unearthed by the group are merely the result of election workers updating the voter database with faulty information and were not instance of voter fraud.

“I would venture—put my reputation on—the fact that there are very few, if any, people impersonating dead people. You’re going to have human error,” he admitted.

But Jeff Davis, president of Minnesota Majority, believes the situation to be far less benign – and legal – than the Ritchie’s staff is willing to admit.

“The first problem with their explanation is that there should not even be deceased individuals on the voter rolls. The second problem with the secretary of state’s explanation is that it basically acknowledges the lack of controls in the way in which voter history updates are being captured and recorded,” he said. Adding, “If the proper controls had been in place, this situation would not have occurred.”

Whether the peculiar case of 2,800+ deceased individuals casting ballots is a matter of fraud, human error, or resurrection is of little importance at the moment.

According to current recount totals, Democrat Al Franken leads Republican Norm Coleman by a mere 312 votes. If the Minnesota Supreme Court rules in favor of Coleman later this month, which most analysts agree won’t be the case, an additional 4,000 votes will be added to the mix.

When you’re down by such a slim margin, like Team Coleman knows all too well, every vote counts. When you live in a democracy, the very hallmark of which is fair and free elections, every vote should count. But when you live in Minnesota, where the chief election officer is a hyper-partisan louse, “every” vote counts, even after you’re dead!

Our process for ensuring only those that should vote do.We know those that are illegally here or are not allowed to vote for other reasons certainly would not break the law

Most Minnesotans choose to do this updating of their registration on Election Day in the polling place. You fill in the regular voter registration form and sign an oath that all of the information you are providing is accurate. Once you have completed this part of the process you receive your ballot, complete it in private, and then cast your ballot for inclusion with the Election Day tally of voters.

Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. Have you noticed we cannot get any response from those that consider themselves better informed.Only the silly eye defect

Where is the good news in the ever growing unemployment numbers,Obamacare ,food stamp increase, and SSD increase at record rates.Must be in a hidden part off the US or they actually believe employers will layoff and downsize simply out of revenge for the election.

Certainly would like to see the positive change instead of going backwards

They don't have to show proof of citizenship to collect benefits. And let's remember what welfare benefits are. The are corporate subsidies funneled through the poor. The money ends up with big corporations. So in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter if the people getting the assistance are here legally or not because the money still ends up in the hands of corporate America.

Election day registration is troublesome - especially in states that allow vouchers. The idea is to help increase voter turn-out but it makes it much easier to commit voter fraud.
