LifeHiscost Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 Quote: Is it time for Revolution? Maybe this will help. The Full Article Here: http://www.reuters.com/article/politicsNews/idUSTRE59E0Q920091015 U.S. reverses stance on treaty to regulate arms trade Quote: WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto. The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush's administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better. On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States . The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms. The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened. Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that there will be no publicized gun control debates in the media or votes in Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a treaty that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public. We will wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment. This is not a joke nor a false warning. As sure as government health care will be forced on us by the Obama administration through whatever means necessary, so will gun control. We are being led like a lamb to the slaughter into Socialism and an Obama Dictatorship. God blesses! Quote Lift Jesus up!!

We have local businesses cutting back hours and the number of employees because of the looming monstrosity of health care. Under full implementation my husband would never receive the full care he has received. If I should need another knee and hip replacement it will be to the back of the line and wait my turn. I know that of course any and all that doesn't fit into the adoration of the wonder president is fear mongering. Well that's interesting, because my Mom who had knee surgery a number of years ago, I believe 2004, had very limited after surgery care. The other day she called and said that her HC has gotten better the the past few months, in other words her benefits have gotten better. She is actually getting a nurse to come to the house at least twice a week now whereas before she never got that. One of the reasons I moved down to Florida to help and also my wife being a nurse was able to help with anything she needed, but than we had to move back to Mass because of some personal issue's with my daughter and her children, we couldn't figure out why God would have all this happen, but he is taking care of the situation with better HC for her. I don't believe that all have the same issues. Mine was end of 2010 and the first part of 2011. They would have come to the house for six weeks had I required it.Thankfully I didn't need them at all. But there are no denying the cut backs many are facing. Just as insurance rates were to go down, they have risen almost by that stated amount. The joke of not taking 750billion dollars from medicare is just that. When you reduce payments to Dr's for services you are reducing the services available. I provide many special needs products to a family with a son that has multiple handicaps since birth. He was born with spina bifida, during premature birth suffered oxygen deprivation, has the mental capabilities between 2-4,can't speak but a very few words, cerebal palsy and severe seizures. He is now 21 years old.His mother is now terrified of what is coming. In house caregiver services have been cut and is very difficult for her.Anymore and he will have to be placed in a home. The service that provided the in house care does not get paid enough to provide what they were providing. Insurance didn't cover.Medicaid did altho they pay many of his expenses. Not enough medicaid to cover those that can not progress. Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. bonnie Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 Now with more cuts to be implemented please tell me where quality, fair medical care will be found. As one that tried to opt out of medicare I quickly found we do not have any options. So now more and more on medicare, yet Dr's are in large numbers refusing medicare.Or perhaps fearmongering and all is well, after all the sun came up this morning By Richard Wolf, USA TODAY WASHINGTON — The number of doctors refusing new Medicare patients because of low government payment rates is setting a new high, just six months before millions of Baby Boomers begin enrolling in the government health care program. Recent surveys by national and state medical societies have found more doctors limiting Medicare patients, partly because Congress has failed to stop an automatic 21% cut in payments that doctors already regard as too low. The cut went into effect Friday, even as the Senate approved a six-month reprieve. The House has approved a different bill. • The American Academy of Family Physicians says 13% of respondents didn't participate in Medicare last year, up from 8% in 2008 and 6% in 2004. • The American Osteopathic Association says 15% of its members don't participate in Medicare and 19% don't accept new Medicare patients. If the cut is not reversed, it says, the numbers will double. • The American Medical Association says 17% of more than 9,000 doctors surveyed restrict the number of Medicare patients in their practice. Among primary care physicians, the rate is 31%. The federal health insurance program for seniors paid doctors on average 78% of what private insurers paid in 2008. "Physicians are saying, 'I can't afford to keep losing money,' " says Lori Heim, president of the family doctors' group. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services says 97% of doctors accept Medicare. The agency doesn't know how many have refused to take new Medicare patients, Deputy Administrator Jonathan Blum says. "Medicare beneficiaries have good access to physician services. We do have concerns about access to primary care physicians." The AARP, the nation's largest consumer group representing seniors, is taking notice. Some U.S. areas already face a shortage of primary care physicians. Policy director John Rother says the trend away from Medicare threatens to make it worse. bonnie Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 Never fear tho,all is well. This is what you call fairness. 30% of Doctors Will Refuse to Treat New Medicaid Patients Back to News Wednesday, August 15, 2012 Bad news for President Barack Obama’s healthcare law: Almost one-third of doctors say they won’t take new Medicaid patients. As part of Obama’s reform plan, the government wants to significantly expand the number of Americans on Medicaid. After the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the law, but struck down the Medicaid expansion requirement for states, it was Republican governors who appeared to be a big stumbling block to increasing Medicaid eligibility. Now, it’s physicians, too, because payments to these providers are being cut in order to maintain services. Sandra Decker, an economist with the National Center for Health Statistics, found that 69% of doctors anwsering the 2011 National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey replied they would take new Medicaid patients. That leaves another 31% who won’t — a far larger number than those who don’t accept private health insurance (19%) or Medicare (17%). Decker said in her paper that doctors in states with lower Medicaid reimbursement rates were more likely to reject these new patients. One example cited was New Jersey, where only 30% of physicians will see new patients on Medicaid. -Noel Brinkerhoff Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make.
