I still am hoping that someone will give us the encouraging and positive news concerning just why Obama was reelected. Our improving economy, our great savings under Obamacare, the masterful job done in Benghazi, Impressive transparency of this president The small businesses that are going like gangbusters, albeit into the tank,But what? Surely there must have been something Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. You and only you are responsible for every decision and choice you make, period ... ... Wish more people would realize this. Quotes by Susan Gottesman

Administrators Tom Wetmore Posted November 17, 2012 Administrators Posted November 17, 2012 Obama ran a very negative campaign. It was a scorched-earth campaign and he won. Romney also ran a negative campaign but Obama was worse and Obama won. Negative campaigns work. "The other guy won because of a greater negative attack campaign" is simply an article of faith for losers. (It helps losers feel better to think they may have lost by taking the high road.) The losers said the same thing after McCain lost even though objective analysis showed it wasn't necessarily so. Consider the equivalent in war. The loser can rightfully claim the other side was more aggressive and attacked more. Duh!! As you said, they both ran a very negative campaign. It is just that one side hit the bullseye more often and won. I always found it amusing that whenever Romney complained about Obama's attacks and negativity, he almost immediately followed it by a negative counter-attack against Obama. Not that Obama was never guilty of this, but I certainly noticed it frequently from Romney. Quote "Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good." "Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal." "I love God only as much as the person I love the least." *Forgiveness is always good news. And that is the gospel truth.
