LifeHiscost Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Quote: Well, when people do things that will kill them I call that crazy. No man really knows but all the evidences indicate much less time than we might have thought, even a few short years ago. The thought expressed above indicates a belief that the Master of our universe to be mentally deficient. Even some of Christ's disciples appeared to think that of Him. Jesus gave them time to change their mind. One did and became a disciple unto death. Another didn't and ended up hanging himself, with no hope of redemption. The choice is ours. "For God says, “At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you.” Indeed, the “right time” is now. Today is the day of salvation." 2 Corinthians 6:2 NLT "From that time Jesus began to show to His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day. Then Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him, saying, “Far be it from You, Lord; this shall not happen to You!” But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.” Take Up the Cross and Follow Him Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. "Matthew 16:21-24 NKJV God blesses! Quote Lift Jesus up!!
