Peter Parker’s uncle Ben said it best: “With great power comes great responsibility.” The Spiderman character had a great deal of power. While that was important, the way he used it was more important. If you’ve ever seen the film Unbreakable, starring Bruce Willis and Samuel L Jackson, you know what I mean.

Right now John Boehner is the Speaker of the House of Representatives because (1) the Republicans are in the majority and (2) his fellow-Republicans elected him. In this position he has a certain amount of power.

What if Spider Man or any of the fictional superheroes decided that they were going to give up some of their powers to their arch enemies? What would we think of that choice? We would say that it was counterproductive and dangerous.

It seems that John Boehner and some of his colleagues don’t know much about superheroes and villains. At this moment in time, the Democrats are villains. They want to steal money and burden us with more debt. How is it possible that the opposing party would agree to these villains to steal even more money and make us slaves to the State?

In addition to giving in to Obama and the Democrats, Boehner is purging conservatives from leadership positions. That would be like breaking up the Avengers and adding recruiting Loki

John Boehner is not a superhero. He doesn’t have any super powers. We’re the ones who have the power. It’s time we use it.

We only need 16 votes to remove John Boehner from being Speaker of the House.

The conservative group American Majority Action (AMA) is calling on Republican House Members to band together to deny John Boehner the House Speakership.

AMA’s Ned Ryun said the following in a statement:

“Speaker Boehner has been an abysmal failure as speaker, and his latest purge is the nail in the coffin for conservatives. . . . Boehner has never won a negation battle with the White House or Senate — and he’s been nothing short of an embarrassing spokesman for the Conservative Movement. It’s time for him to go.”

We all need to get behind this initiative.

Boehner needs 218 votes to become Speaker again. The Republicans control 233 House seats. If 16 members abstain from voting for him, he’s out as Speaker. The Democrats could spoil this tactic by voting for Boehner since they have no chance of winning the Speakership position because they are in the minority. Since they know that Boehner is an ineffective leaderr for the conservative cause, he is their best bet for a tax increase. They might just vote for him to keep him in power.

So what can we do? Call your congressman and ask him to abstain from voting for Boehner for the Speakership position. Tell him or her that you will be tracking his or her vote. If he or she does not abstain, you will (1) refuse to give any money to the RNC and (2) you will work to unseat them in the next election.

You will find your Congressman’s phone number here.

Somebody better get some back bone.Elections in two years, maybe people will have brains enough to fire as many liberals or spineless on both sides

Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. You and only you are responsible for every decision and choice you make, period ... ... Wish more people would realize this.

Maybe two more years of Obama regulations, more and more taxes, higher and higher insurance premiums might give some a belly full.

Altho it will probably make the give me crowd a little louder and more demanding
