Wyoming Lawmakers Try to Head Off Federal Gun Grab

.........There is no justification for the current pressure to ban guns and related accessories. Gun and ammo bans wouldn’t have stopped Adam Lanza from shooting up Sandy Hook school, and they wouldn’t have stopped any of the mass shootings in recent memory.

But liberals see the murders of children as a political opening for passing their longtime totalitarian dream of getting rid of guns.

All Americans should oppose the despicable exploitation of dead children as cover to steal our freedoms.

I have two brothers that live in WY.One lives in a very conservative still rugged part of Wy.

Guns are about as common as cell phones. Homicides are very low as is break ins to steal them.

With the easy access to guns in that area you would expect to see these gun crazies out shooting up their neighbors for the slightest reason.Doesn't happen.Maybe all that live there are law abiding by nature,you think?

I, also, have a lot of relatives that live in Wyoming, and the mind set is so different there. Most of my kin folk either live on ranches or out in the boonies, and if someone were to go up to their houses they would find them unlocked. And if the owners weren't around one could go in and help themselves to whatever they needed, be it food or drink out of the fridge or the phone some even have gas tanks out behind the barn. A note is expected to be left, but that is about it. I used to think they were crazy, and they all new their "city cousin" had arrived when they would try and come in the house but would have to knock because I had locked the door.

I know wish that mind set were everywhere.

My brother lives in the middle of 400+ acres in an area I always kid him about.It being the one place on earth God created and forgot.

But there are guns all over the place and no one is having shootouts and blood baths
