Whither the muzzle?

It was so nice in here for about a month. It could still be nice if anyone muzzled had actually learned from the experience. Instead, the minute the muzzle comes off we have the same old bickering, hostilities, and offenses. Hmmm.

Dear friend, I have made the commitment not to respond to posts in this area until the day after they are posted. (I am makng an exception here but this isn't too controversial either <img src="/ubbtreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> )

I am avoiding any personal attacks. I am using conditional words like "seem" "appear" "sounds like" etc.

In a recent post after refering to a politician as extreame, I backed off, changed my mind, did an about-face, admitted I was wrong, and said he wasn't as extreame as he sounded.

I am trying to stay focused on the topics of discussion and not the other members of the forum. I think my behavior has changed for the better. If you can notice that, a little positive reinforcment may keep it that way <img src="/ubbtreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

The month without Brother Neil's or my contribtions here was pretty uneventful. Traffic dropped considerably in this section.
