Gregas Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 I would like to organize a 2014 volunteer trip to somewhere in Central America. Some ideas were to help build an orphanage, or repair a current one. I am quite open for a week project. I have been looking around online but i have not been able to find any Adventist organization beside Maranatha and one other organization. Can somebody please reply with any other organization or contacts to an orphanage? Preferably Adventist. If there are no other organizations I am willing to look within other Christian organizations. cricket Posted March 6, 2013 Posted March 6, 2013 Or, it may be possible to find a project for you to work on in your home country. You'd save on travel expenses and might be helping a neighbor in need. Quote
nuff sed Posted March 6, 2013 Posted March 6, 2013 My daughter and grand-daughter are with a group from the Winston Salem, N.C. church at a school in Belize for two weeks. You might contact the church to find out how they decided on the project. If you wish I could have her contact you when she returns.. Nuff Sed Quote
