Moderators Bravus Posted March 16, 2013 Moderators Posted March 16, 2013 Those who feel most comfortable directing judgement outward at others are typically those who feel invulnerable in their own rectitude. Those who are conscious of their own fallibility are typically more modest. Again and again, we see those who most publicly condemn others have some secret sin become public. If you're a proud and confident accuser of others, I can only suggest thinking deeply about what there is in your own heart and life that you are projecting outward. For myself, I recognise my own capacity for harm, manage it, and seek to help others along the way - and protect them from those who feel confident enough to attack. Quote Truth is important

M. T. Cross Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 Great post Bravus. Judging others I think is also a self defense mechanism. As long as there is someone elses issue's, wrongdoings etc to point out and pass judgement on then we are safe from looking to hard at our own failings, issues and wrongdoings. No-one in my opinion is better than anyone else. Some people seem to make better decisions however. But even better decisions are often a heartbeat away from being bad ones. Quote

That post is a bit too judgmental. I think I will let it pass. in Christ, Bob Quote John 8:32 - The Truth will make you free“The righteousness of Christ will not cover one cherished sin." COL 316.
